What is Walk2Run?

Walk2Run encourages structured regular increased activity rather than simply running as a pathway to becoming fitter and healthier. Stick to a proven model and reap the benefits of a fit new you. We will further enhance your training by providing you with regular dietry and exercise advice as well as providing you with a person that can provide you with the answers to the fitness questions that you always had but were afraid to ask.

  • Leader led exercise sessions
  • 6 weeks of preparation and and a 3k challenge with one winner -You!
  • Certification to say that you completed the programme
  • Option to progress to the 5km challenge programme
  • A structured workout, 3 days per week
  • Regular nutritional and exercise advice
  • Optional discrete weigh-in and measurements at your convenience
  • Anonymous work-out tracking
  • Convenient times on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays @ 7.30pm
  • Group sessions at WIT Sports Campus
  • Extra motivational help - miss a session and we'll want to know why!
